To register for Safaricom Home Fibre, follow these simple steps.
- Dial *400#
- Select ‘Get Safaricom Home Fibre’
- Follow the steps on the dialog box
- Safaricom will call you within 24 hours with an update
If your area is within the coverage location, the connection process will be initiated right away. Safaricom will require the following from you;
- Filled application form
- Copy of ID or valid passport
- Customer Account Number issued by Safaricom, from which you will use to make payments
- Payment confirmation
After successful payment, Safaricom will send you an SMS with your Wi-Fi password and username, which you will use to connect your devices.
