Duped ‘E-bill’, this service allows you to query your electricity account balance and bill due date any time, by SMS, e-mail and online. While using this service, it’s important that to note that, in order to get a positive response, you will need to key in the correct account number and follow the procedure outlined. Even with the introduction the E-bill services, KPLC will still continue to dispatch your detailed electricity bill through your postal address.
By using the E-bill SMS service you can check your electricity account balance and bill due date using your mobile phone. This service works for Kenyan networks. It is charged at Ksh 5 above the normal SMS rates. Follow these steps.
